Our engineer has completed the fibre repair and we believe all services should now be restored. If you are still experiencing issues, please try powering down and powering up your router to reset it. Should you continue to have a problem with the service, please contact us at support@purefibre.net and we will investigate further.

Our engineer has identified the precise location of the break and is preparing to repair the cable. Unfortunately it is likely to take a couple of hours until service is fully restored. We will provide an update on the progress in an hour.

Our engineer has arrived in Overbury and has identified a cable break along the route from the main network connection. He is currently trying to identify the precise location of this break.

We are aware of an issue affecting services throughout Overbury and are investigating.
